What would disqualify me from taking Semaglutide and Tirzepatide?
To ensure your safety, patients who have any of the following medical conditions will NOT be eligible for medical weight loss with Poppy Aesthetics:
- BMI less than 25
- Type 1 Diabetic
- Low blood sugar
- Diabetic retinopathy
- Eating disorder
- Decreased kidney function or kidney disease
- Acute inflammation of the pancreas or pancreatitis
- Medullary thyroid cancer
- Multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2
- Family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma
- HIV/AIDS
- Those undergoing or have undergone chemo/radiation in the last 12 months
- Pregnant or those attempting to conceive in the next 3 months for both men and women

How long do you stay on the weight loss program?
The medical weight loss program encourages supplemental diet and lifestyle modifications which are different for each patient, therefore, results and treatment times may vary. Once a patient reaches their ideal weight, they may continue on a maintenance dose or decide to go off treatment.
How will I receive my medication?
Your medication will be shipped from a 503A designated compounding pharmacy. This ensures that your medication is manufactured in a facility that meets 503A safety standards for a compounding pharmacy.
What is the refund policy?
We do not issue refunds for any product or service that has been injected or used in your treatment. In consenting to be treated, clients must understand and accept this condition. Peptide formulations are made for each patient. Once an order for peptides has been submitted and sent for compounding no refunds are available.
Do you accept insurance?
